1.Characteristics of MRAM memory chip

3.Working principle of MRAM memory chip
MRAM memory chip is a new generation of magnetoresistive nonvolatile memory chip,which completely breaks the principle limitation of ordinary RAM charge storage.The core of MRAM memory chip relies on the spin-electron characteristics,and the magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ)structure is constructed by ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic materials to store data.Different from traditional RAM,MRAM records information by the polarization state of magnetic moment.Even if the equipment is powered off,the magnetization state of the MTJ structure can be maintained stably,so that the power-off data is not lost,and at the same time,the pain points of traditional memory charge leakage and frequent refresh are avoided.
