  The series of MCU motor master control chip MM32SPIN0260 is a new member of the smart MindSPIN family,which is positioned as a special master control chip for high-performance motors.It is designed based on the Arm®Cortex®-M0++core,and its maximum operating frequency can reach 96MHz.In order to meet the complex and intensive operation requirements in motor control,the motor master control chip not only integrates a 32-bit divider and a hardware squarer on the hardware level,but also greatly improves the execution efficiency of algorithms such as vector control(FOC)through the design of DMA(Direct Memory Access)to ensure the real-time and stability of the system under high dynamic response.

 
  2.Simulate peripherals with high precision and reshape the system integration.
 
  In the traditional motor drive scheme,external operational amplifier and comparator often mean the increase of cost and the challenge of PCB layout.The main control chip MM32SPIN0260 of MCU motor effectively solves this pain point through highly integrated design:
 
  Accurate analog front-end:MCU chip is built with up to 4 programmable operational amplifiers(PGA)and 2 analog comparators.This means that developers can complete current sampling and amplification without external discrete amplifier circuits.With two 12-bit ADCs(1 msps sampling rate),the MCU motor master control chip can accurately capture winding current and back electromotive force,which provides hardware guarantee for sensorless FOC control.
