The SPI Nor Flash memory chip SC25F128A operates at a maximum frequency of 166MHz,compatible with SPI,QPI,and DTR interfaces,balancing transmission speed and instruction efficiency.Its power consumption control is also excellent:programming and erasing power consumption is as low as 2.5mA and 3.5mA respectively,with a minimum quiescent current of 1µA,and extremely short erase and write times,making it suitable for energy-efficient devices.The SPI Nor Flash memory chip has a temperature range of-45℃to+105℃,with data retention time up to 20 years and support for 100,000 erase and write cycles,enabling long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
2.SC25F64A:Targeted at cost-sensitive scenarios
The SPI Nor Flash memory chip SC25F64A,with a capacity of 64Mbit,operates with a core voltage of 3.3V and a working voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V.It provides single-channel,dual-channel,and quad-channel SPI interfaces,with a read clock frequency of 133MHz.It combines high-speed read and write capabilities with non-volatile characteristics during power loss,making it suitable for wearable devices,data centers,edge AI,automotive electronics,and other scenarios demanding high stability and energy efficiency.
3.SPI Nor Flash offers a wide range of packaging options
The full series offers more than 15 packaging options,including SOP8 150mil,SOP8 208mil,WSON8 5×6mm,and covers ultra-small packaging options,meeting the selection needs of different space and process requirements.
