1.Storage Architecture
The ZB25VQ64D provides 64Mbit(8MB)of storage space,organized into 32,768 programmable pages,with each page consisting of 256 bytes.Erasure can be done at the 4KB sector level,or in 32KB/64KB blocks,or by erasing the entire chip–this facilitates efficient firmware partitioning and data updates.In addition to standard SPI mode,this NOR Flash chip also supports Dual SPI,Quad SPI,and QPI modes.At a clock frequency of 133MHz,the equivalent speed with dual I/O is 266MHz,while dual I/O and QPI modes achieve speeds of up to 532MHz;thus,its transmission efficiency is higher than that of traditional asynchronous parallel flash memory.
2.Wide Voltage Range and Low Power Consumption
The SPI NOR Flash operates using a single power supply of 2.3V–3.6V,and it is compatible with 3.3V systems as well as some low-voltage systems.In terms of power consumption,the typical standby current is 2µA when HFM=0,and 20µA when HFM=1;in power-off mode,the current remains at 2µA,making it suitable for battery-powered devices.It can operate within temperature ranges of-40°C to 85°C or-40°C to 105°C,meeting the requirements of harsh environments such as those found in outdoor or automotive applications.
3.Packaging Options and Application Scope
The ZB25VQ64D is available in five different packaging formats:SOP8(208mil/150mil),DFN8(4×3mm,5×6mm),and LGA8(2×3×0.5mm).All of these packages are lead-free and comply with RoHS standards.This SPI NOR Flash chip can withstand over 100,000 erase/program cycles,with data retention lasting more than 20 years.It can be used in a wide range of applications,from development boards to ultra-thin wearable devices.
