TMR3111D combines multi-dimensional technology(MDT)high-sensitivity tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)magnetic sensing technology and digital signal processing technology to realize high-speed,high-precision and non-contact rotational position detection in ultra-small package.The magnetic encoder chip supports both On-axis and Off-axis magnetic circuit designs,which ensures angle accuracy,repetition accuracy and long-term stability,and provides higher layout flexibility for the mechanical structure of the system.

①TMR3111D supports industrial standard output interfaces such as SPI,ABZ,PWM and UVW,which can meet the requirements of both absolute and incremental encoders.
②SPI interface uses 23-bit data format to output angle.
③The maximum incremental output of③ABZ is 4096 PPR,and it supports PWM,UVW commutation and Z phase signal.
④The chip has built-in automatic gain compensation and nonlinear calibration,which can automatically compensate the magnetic field error caused by installation,improve production consistency and simplify assembly.
⑤The magnetic encoder chip can support up to 40,000 rpm,which is suitable for high dynamic scenes such as high-speed servo system and robot joint actuator.
