High-speed violent fan scheme

This violent fan scheme adopts non-inductive BLDC motor technology,and the maximum speed can reach 130,000 rpm.Compared with similar products on the market,it has longer battery life and lower temperature rise,and at the same time,it controls the running impact and noise within an ideal range.In order to meet the requirements of fine control of air volume in different scenes,the violent fan scheme integrates PWM pulse width speed regulation function.Users can realize stepless speed change through potentiometers,buttons or external PWM signals-from gentle breeze to full output,with fast speed control response and high precision.For example,when the potentiometer is turned to the maximum or the DAT pin is connected to 5V,the fan will enter the highest speed state;Click or long press the key to complete the startup and shutdown.
 

The violent fan drive board used in the scheme is a general drive board specially designed to control low voltage and large air volume fans.The board-level lightweight and miniaturized design has the characteristics of strong motor compatibility,stable temperature performance,PWM pulse width speed regulation,fast speed regulation response and high precision.The driver board supports 3.7V-12.6.V wide voltage input,the maximum operating current is 25A,and the static power consumption is less than 10μA,which is suitable for battery-powered portable devices.
