High Return Magnetic Axis Keyboard Scheme

In order to meet the ultimate pursuit of performance and experience in the high-end keyboard market,the magnetic axis key technology came into being and quickly became the new favorite in the field of e-sports and audio games.Compared with the traditional mechanical shaft,the magnetic shaft realizes non-contact trigger through the magnet in the key and the Hall sensor,which not only has faster response speed,but also supports advanced functions such as adjustable stroke,Rapid Trigger and two-stage trigger,bringing users a more accurate and customized operation experience.In response to this trend,we launched a high-return magnetic axis keyboard scheme,which is committed to providing customers with a complete solution with high performance,easy development and significant market competitiveness.
 
This scheme is based on Qinheng Microelectronics CH32V305RB high-speed USB MCU,CH448 multiplexer and CH643 lamp effect control chip.The core devices are fully equipped in one stop,which effectively helps customers shorten the research and development cycle and avoid tedious chip selection and compatibility testing.
 
The scheme master CH32V305 integrates the 16-channel dual ADC architecture,which makes the key scanning efficiency double that of the traditional single ADC scheme,and ensures that every key action can be captured quickly and accurately.Its highland barley RISC-V V4F kernel supports VTF technology,which greatly improves the interrupt response speed.Combined with the high frequency of 144MHz,it can realize the quick response of keystrokes.The chip has a built-in 480Mbps USB2.0 high-speed PHY,which can support 8K return rate without an external transceiver,meeting the demanding requirements of professional players for extremely fast response.
 
As a dual 1:8 multiplexer,CH448 has excellent channel switching and signal setup speed,which can easily meet the strict timing requirements of completing full-key status scanning every 125 microseconds at 8K return rate.A single chip can manage 16 keys,which greatly simplifies the design complexity and material cost of multi-key keyboard.
 
In terms of lighting effect,CH643 chip provides powerful dual-engine support:LEDPWM module can provide 48 PWM outputs,directly drive up to 192 RGB lamp beads,and support 16.77 million colors and 256-level brightness level;PIOC module is specially designed for driving series RGB lamp beads such as WS2812,which can support cascade control of thousands of lamp beads.They can work together to create rich and cool dynamic lighting effects.
