EMI504WF16VA can replace RAMXEED MB85R4M2T with PIN-TO-PIN

EMI's EMI504WF16VA is a 4Mbit asynchronous SRAM,which is packaged in standard 44 TSOP2 and compatible with MB85R4M2T pin,and can realize PIN-TO-PIN substitution.EMI504WF16VA adopts advanced CMOS technology and 6-TR unit,which is completely static,does not need clock and refresh,has tri-state output and byte control(x8/x16),and the input and output are compatible with TTL level.
 

MB85R4M2T has a capacity of 4Mbit,a 256K×16 structure and a 44-lead TSOP package.The capacity and organization of EMI504WF16VA are the same as that of EMI 504 W F16VA,which is a 256K×16 4Mbit asynchronous SRAM with standard 44 TSOP2 package.The pin definition is consistent with the pad size,and the original design can be replaced in situ without changing the PCB.The working temperature also covers industrial grade-40~+85℃.
 

EMI504WF16VA provides three access times(model suffix-08I/-10I/-12I)of 8ns,10ns and 12ns.Compared with Fujitsu's original address access time of 150ns,the read-write response is obviously accelerated,and it is more suitable for real-time sensitive buffering and caching applications.The power supply of EMI504WF16VA is in the voltage range of 1.65V-3.6V.
