1.Integration:AMR sensor and CMOS circuit are integrated in the same package.
VCE2755,a magnetic encoder chip,integrates AMR magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuit in the same small package,which can detect the plane magnetic field parallel to the package surface in a full range of 0~360,with an angular resolution of 14bit.The chip combines AMR and Hall technology to complete angle calculation,and supports accurate angle measurement at high speed through specially designed ASIC circuit.
2.the pin is compatible with Infineon TLI5012,which is convenient for quick replacement of the scheme.
VCE2755 magnetic encoder chip is compatible with Infineon TLI5012 pin.For the existing scheme that has adopted TLI5012,the replacement evaluation can be completed at the hardware level without major adjustment,which is conducive to reducing the workload of board modification and shortening the product introduction cycle.
3.Saturation working mode:anti-vibration and low-temperature drift.
AMR is insensitive to the change of magnetic field intensity in saturated working mode,which makes VCE2755 have excellent anti-vibration ability and low temperature drift performance,and is suitable for long-term operation in harsh environmental conditions.The magnetic encoder chip is compatible with both axial installation and eccentric installation,which leaves more room for mechanical structure design.
