The mainstream type of MM32F single chip microcomputer is equipped with Arm Cortex-M0 core,and the three models on sale are upgraded according to frequency:MM32F0120 is 72MHz at the highest,MM32F0140 is 72MHz at the same time,and hardware divider and DMA controller are added.MM32F0160 pushes the main frequency to 96MHz,with 128KB Flash and 16KB SRAM.The memory of MindMotion MM32F series MCU covers 64KB to 128KB Flash,and the package extends from 20 pins to 100 pins.Corresponding models can be found for different board sizes and pin requirements.
2.MindMotion MM32F series MCU communication and analog peripherals
Taking MM32F0160 as an example,four UART plus one LPUART,two SPI or I2S(at a rate of 36Mbps),one I2C and one I3C slave interfaces are provided on the chip.USB adopts XTAL-LESS design,which can save external 48MHz crystal oscillator.FlexCAN-FD module is compatible with CAN 2.0B,and the upper speed limit is 8Mbps.The analog side is equipped with a 12-bit ADC and two comparators,and the 1Msps 12-bit ADC of MM32F0140 also supports independent result storage in any channel,so the data is not easy to be overwritten when sampling in multiple channels.This interface ratio can basically cover the common needs of mainstream control schemes,and a few plug-in devices can be put less.
3.Wide Voltage and Temperature Grade of MindMotion MM32F Series Single Chip Microcomputer
MindMotion MM32F series single chip microcomputer works at a voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V,which can directly connect with 5V system and reduce the level conversion.Temperature options are divided into-40℃to 85℃industrial grade and-40℃to 105℃extended industrial grade(model suffix V),and MM32F0140 has another version of vehicle regulation grade,and its antistatic ability reaches 6 kV ESD _ HBM.Therefore,industrial Internet of Things terminals,intelligent door lock master control,MCCB circuit breakers,elevator control panels,as well as PC peripherals,medical care and handheld devices are all within the scope of this product line.
