With the intelligent upgrading of urban infrastructure and the rapid penetration of home Internet of Things,intelligent lighting has been upgraded from a single dimmable color matching to a scene and interactive space light environment management system,and the traditional switch control and brightness level mode of LED lamps are gradually being replaced by wireless modules.Yingshang has been deeply involved in the field of Bluetooth wireless control,and launched an intelligent lighting control solution based on Qin Heng CH582 low-power BLE Bluetooth chip,which is suitable for all kinds of intelligent colored lights and home lighting equipment,and meets the needs of multi-scene intelligent lighting applications.
The low-power BLE Bluetooth chip scheme uses Qinheng Microelectronics CH582 as the main control unit.The Bluetooth chip scheme integrates RF front-end and RISC-V core(main frequency is 20MHz),and supports BLE 5.3 protocol stack and OTA wireless firmware upgrade.BLE Bluetooth chip provides dual USB Host/Device(supporting direct connection of HID or CDC devices),12-channel 26-bit high-resolution timer,12-bit ADC(14-channel)and 14-channel touch-sensitive input.With the compact package of QFN48(5×5mm),it can adapt to various shape constraints such as bulb lights,light strips and panel switches.
The BLE Bluetooth chip CH582 only consumes 4.5mA of dynamic current when DC-DC is enabled and 0dBm is transmitted.The deep sleep mode(reserved RAM and wake-up timer)is as low as 0.7μA~2.8μA,and the stop mode(only external interrupt wake-up)is about 0.2μA..In view of the actual use scenario of light control-standby waiting for Bluetooth broadcast or touch trigger,BLE Bluetooth chip can periodically wake up and perform connection parameter update or scanning response,while maintaining the second-level response experience,the annual average standby energy consumption is controlled at milliwatt level,which meets the energy efficiency standard of"always-on standby"of smart light bulbs.
