A high performance DDR4 DRAM chip with asynchronous reset function

The storage specification of DRAM chip is 1024Mx8,which supports 1333MHz and 1600MHz double-speed clock rate and has excellent data transmission efficiency.The power supply is designed by stages.The standard voltage of VDD and VDDQ is 1.2V(floating±0.06V),and the voltage range of VPP is 2.375V-2.75V,so the voltage adaptability is strong.The temperature adaptation of DRAM chip covers commercial scenes.The normal working temperature range is 0℃~85℃,and the extended working temperature can reach 85℃~95℃,which can adapt to multi-scene temperature operation environment.
 

DRAM chip adopts 8n-bit prefetch architecture,and its running architecture is efficient and reasonable.At the same time,it integrates a number of low-power technologies,supports functions such as pre-charging power consumption reduction,active power consumption reduction,low-power automatic refresh,fine-grained refresh,self-refresh suspension,etc.With the maximum power-saving mode,it can effectively reduce the operating energy consumption of equipment,has perfect signal verification and adaptive adjustment capabilities,is compatible with JEDEC clock jitter specifications,is equipped with differential clocks,bidirectional differential data strobe pulses,and supports dynamic on-chip terminals,dynamic impedance adjustment,ZQ calibration and other functions.At the same time,DRAM chip is equipped with fault-tolerant mechanisms such as CA parity check,data bus CRC check,and reading and writing training to ensure accurate and stable data transmission.DRAM chip also supports multiple burst modes,adjustable read-write delay,automatic precharge,and meets RoHS environmental protection standards.It adopts 78-ball FBGA lead-free and halogen-free package,which is compact and has excellent compatibility.
