The Etron EM639165 series is a high-speed,stable industrial-grade DRAM memory,which is made by advanced high-speed CMOS technology and has a storage density of 128Mb.It is a synchronous dynamic random access memory suitable for multi-scene high-performance equipment.This DRAM memory is designed with four groups of 2M words×16 bits,and with standard synchronous interface,all data signals are synchronously transmitted by the positive edge of the clock signal,which effectively avoids the problems of data transmission delay,signal disorder and so on,and ensures the stability of equipment operation.
 

The read-write operation of DRAM memory adopts burst access mechanism,supports self-defined read-write length and transmission mode,can start access from designated storage location,and completes batch data transmission according to preset sequence.At the same time,it is equipped with practical functions such as programmable mode register,automatic precharge and double refresh,which can flexibly adapt to the working mode according to the system operation requirements,greatly improve the overall operation efficiency,and widely adapt to industrial equipment and high-performance PC equipment with high memory bandwidth demand.

EM639165 series DRAM memory has excellent speed advantage,the clock access time is as low as 4.5ns,and it supports multi-speed clock rates of 200MHz,166MHz and 143MHz.Relying on the internal pipeline architecture and fully synchronous operation design,the data throughput efficiency of the equipment is greatly improved,which can meet the requirements of high-frequency and fast data reading and writing scenarios and adapt to the operating standards of high-performance computing equipment.
 

EM639165 series DRAM memory is equipped with programmable mode register,which supports user-defined debugging of multiple parameters.Users can set 2/3 file CAS delay as required,with multiple burst lengths of 1,2,4,8 and the whole page,and support both sequential and staggered burst types,with its own burst stop function,which can accurately match the operation logic of different systems and maximize the release of equipment performance.
 

DRAM memory has built-in dual modes of automatic refresh and self-refresh,and is equipped with a stable refresh mechanism of 4096 refresh cycles/64 milliseconds to prevent data loss and confusion.Support CKE power-off energy-saving mode,with 3.3V±0.3V single power supply,excellent power control.The working temperature range of commercial grade is 0℃~70℃,which is suitable for the operating environment of conventional industrial and civil equipment.The LVTTL interface further ensures the compatibility of signal transmission.
