EM68B16CWQL-25H is a high-speed CMOS dual data rate dual(DDR2)synchronous dynamic random access memory(SDRAM),which contains 512 Mbits of 16-bit wide data input and output.It is internally configured as a four-channel bank DRAM with four banks x 8Mb address x 16 inputs/outputs.EM68B16CWQL-25H fully follows the key features of DDR2 DRAM,such as supporting the functions of issuing CAS(Posted CAS)additional delay,writing delay=reading delay-1,off-chip driver(OCD)impedance calibration and on-chip termination(ODT),ensuring signal integrity and simplifying system design.

 

EM68B16CWQL-25H This DDR2 SDRAM chip has a data bit width of 16 bits,and it is internally configured into 4 bank,each of which contains 8Mb address space,thus forming a 512Mbit memory array as a whole.It completely follows the key features of DDR2 DRAM,such as supporting additional delay of issuing CAS(Posted CAS),writing delay=reading delay-1,impedance calibration of off-chip driver(OCD)and on-chip terminal(ODT),ensuring signal integrity and simplifying system design.

 

EM68B16CWQL-25H has a clock frequency of 400MHz and a data rate of 800Mbps/pin,which can provide a peak bandwidth of about 12.8Gbit per second.EM68B16CWQL-25H works at a voltage of only 1.8V,which significantly reduces power consumption compared with earlier DDR products and is compatible with SSTL_18 I/O interface of JEDEC standard.The working temperature range of Etron DDR2 SDRAM is 0~85 C(commercial grade),which is suitable for indoor equipment and general industrial environment.
