Reference scheme of low power consumption 32-bit MCU microcontroller 3D printer

In 3D printing equipment,the performance of the main control chip directly determines the response speed and molding accuracy of the whole machine.A typical 3D printer control system is mainly composed of three modules:motor control system,sensor feedback system and power management system.The motor control system undertakes the dual tasks of driving the print head and controlling the movement of X/Y/Z axis.The sensor feedback system integrates various sensors such as position,temperature,humidity and pressure to form a closed-loop control;The system reads 3D model data through TF card or USB interface,and combines with real-time sensing information to control the dispensing and movement trajectory of the nozzle,thus completing high-precision three-dimensional molding.

Multi-channel high-speed ADC is integrated in MCU microcontroller chip,which can collect analog signals such as voltage,current,temperature and humidity in real time,which is convenient for the system to dynamically adjust heating power and motion parameters.The SPI interface of MCU microcontroller can support 60Msps(N32H48x)or 36Msps(N32G45x)at most,which can smoothly drive LCD screen to display printing status,and can also be used to expand SPI Flash to meet the requirements of firmware upgrade and font storage.
