The main control of the scheme adopts CH641 chip,which is equipped with a self-developed highland barley RISC-V2A kernel,and there is no need to pay the third-party authorization fee,which fundamentally reduces the chip cost.The MCU chip is highly integrated.Besides the core processor,it also has a built-in 12V I/O interface,which can directly drive MOS tubes,LDO regulated power supply,DMA controller,multi-channel ADC and rich timer resources,which perfectly meets the strict timing requirements such as PWM generation,back emf timing and real-time interruption in BLDC control.
The MCU CH641 has built-in PD PHY physical layer,which natively supports USB PD and Type-C fast charging protocols,and is compatible with various high-voltage charging protocols such as BC1.2 and DCP.The MCU chip also has multiple protection mechanisms such as over-voltage and over-temperature,and the overall power consumption is low,which greatly reduces the number of peripheral components and realizes the dual simplification of system design and supply chain.
